A 69-year-old man died early Sunday, Oct. 6, at the scene of a crash in Fawn Township.

The crash occurred around 2:15 a.m. in the 600 block of Main Street, state police said in a news release.

The man was driving a small sedan east when he crossed into the westbound lane and struck a guardrail, according to police, who said a passenger sustained minor injuries and was transported to York Hospital.

The name of the victim will be released after his next of kin are notified, according to a release from the York County Coroner's Office.
