The National Weather Service has issued a special bulletin that it's tracking a strong thunderstorm is slowly moving across York County.

At 11:30 a.m. the storm was moving east at 15 mph over the Stoneybrook area of east York, bringing torrential rain, possibly accompanied by hail and flooding.
