Coroner: West Manchester man dies from crash injuries

A West Manchester Township man died Friday morning, two days after a single-vehicle crash on Trolley Road.

Brenden Lyons, 27, of the 2000 block of Cedar Road, was pronounced dead at 9:10 a.m. at York Hospital, where he was transported after crashing a Dodge van into a tree sometime early Wednesday, Sept. 19, according to the York County Coroner’s Office.

The West Manchester Township Police Department is investigating the crash, the coroner’s office stated in a news release.

Lyons was not wearing a seat belt, and there will be no autopsy, according to the release.
