State police said in a news release that 52-year-old Louis W. Tolomeo was killed  Sunday, Sept. 16, in a crash on Interstate 81 in East Hanover Township.

Police say Tolomeo was driving a 2012 Ford Taurus north in the right lane near mile marker 79 about 6:20 a.m. when he struck the rear of a tractor-trailer, which also was traveling in the right lane.
