Malfunctioning light causing traffic backup on 30

York County 911 said that a malfunctioning light at Route 30 eastbound at Pennsylvania Avenue is causing the traffic delay Thursday morning.

A 911 supervisor said crews were headed out to the light to fix it, but there was not an estimated time of completion.

At about 9:15 a.m. Thursday 511pa.com, PennDOT's traffic website, showed traffic at heavy between Pennsylvania Avenue and the area of North George Street.
