The upcoming Labor Day holiday on Monday, Sept. 3, will push back the week's roadside trash collections in York City one day behind schedule.

The delays will only take place during the Labor Day week lasting until Friday, Sept. 7, according to a Wednesday, Aug. 29, city news release.

The collections include trash, recycling and yard waste, and the last collection of the week will take place Saturday, Sept. 8, the release adds.
