A York City man accused of leaving suspicious bags mimicking bombs at York Hospital in May 2016 had his case dismissed Friday, Aug. 24. 

York City Police said at the time that Theodore Besser, 61, left bags at the hospital on May 18, 2016, and May 20, 2016. He was charged with three counts of making bomb threats and disorderly conduct.

On Friday, all of his charges were dismissed, according to online court records.

Kyle King, spokesman for the York County District Attorney's Office, said the DA's office is unable to comment on it because it was a closed hearing and the record is under seal.
