PennDOT begins Route 74 paving in southeastern York County

Pennsylvania Department of Transportation maintenance crews have begun paving parts of Route 74, affecting traffic in southeastern York County.

The paving, taking place between Brogue in Chanceford Township and Chanceford Road in Lower Chanceford Township, is expected to continue until late this week depending on weather, according to a Thursday, Aug. 16, news release.

Motorists will be limited to a single lane. Paving begins each day at 6:30 a.m.
