Reeser’s was the second traffic fatality in York County Friday.

Kathleen Ciccone, 71, of Blossom Hill Lane in York Township, died at the scene of a 10 a.m. crash in Dallastown.

Robert Taylor, who rents a room at 537 East Main Street in Dallastown, talks about the fatal accident Friday, July 6, 2018, which damaged a handicapped railing on a ramp he uses at the apartment house. Ciccone was pulling out of a driveway in the block in a Toyota Corolla and making a left onto East Main Street when her driver-side doors were struck by an oncoming Ford Escape SUV, police said in a news release.
