York County Parks continue their celebration of 50 years of service to the county with a StoryWalk opportunity.

StoryWalks provide an outdoor educational environment for parents and children to hike and read a short story along a self-guided trail. Four stories are available: a garden walk at John Rudy Park, a lakeside stroll at William Kain Park, a pondside adventure at Nixon Park and a forest hike at Rocky Ridge.

The StoryWalks are free to the public and began Saturday, June 2, running 8 a.m. to dusk all summer. For more information, visit www.yorkcountyparks.org
