Coroner ID's man found dead near Heritage Rail Trail in York City

The York County Coroner has identified the man found dead in York City near the Heritage Rail Trail Wednesday, May 30.

The coroner's office said Jayme Heinemann, 42, was found dead near Manor Street and West Church Avenue, near Good Time Ice and the rail trail, just before 8 p.m. Wednesday.

It is believed that Heinemann had been dead for a few days when he was found. 

Heinemann has no recent address, but the coroner's office said he was reportedly living in York County when he died. 

No foul play is suspected, but York City Police are investigating.

There will not be an autopsy, but his cause and manner of death are pending toxicology results.
