About 4:45 p.m. Monday, a York County 911 Center supervisor said it appears the wreckage has been cleared.

About 11:45 a.m., Lt. David Lash said all lanes of westbound Route 30 are now reopen.

However, a southbound lane of the Susquehanna Trail and its on-ramp to Route 30 westbound remain closed and will be closed for some time, Lash said.

Police are advising drivers to expect delays on Route 30 westbound at the Susquehanna Trail intersection in Manchester Township.

The trailer portion of a tractor-trailer bent and broke as it was merging into the westbound lanes from the trail.

This bent and broken tractor-trailer is blocking one westbound lane of Route 30 in Manchester Twp., police said on Monday, Feb. 12, 2018.

It happened just before 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 12, according to the York County 911 Center.

Lt. David Lash of Northern York County Regional Police said westbound traffic is being squeezed to one lane to get past the wreckage.

Expect delays, Lash warned.

Check back later for updates.
