The highway was closed in both directions between Old Cabin Hollow Road and Franklin Church Road, according to a 911 supervisor, who noted it's possible crews at the scene could expand or change the closure area.

A tractor-trailer and at least one passenger vehicle were involved.
A 911 supervisor said the contents of the trailer reportedly spilled all over the highway.
