An EMS crew responded but was not able to resuscitate Folcomer, the coroner’s office said in a release. Deputy Coroner Michelle Rau and Deputy Coroner Kayla Starner pronounced her dead at the scene.

An investigation determined two men were shooting a pistol on private property in the area at the time, and one of the 9 mm rounds struck Folcomer in the shoulder, state police said in a news release.

The shooting is being investigated as an involuntary manslaughter. The suspects are a 21-year-old man and a 42-year-old man, both of Red Lion, according to police.
