PF Chang's Home Menu items might contain metal pieces in the sauce, according to a recall announced Sunday by Giant Food Stores.

A Giant news release said the sauce in some of the national Chinese food chain's popular Home Menu products distributed by ConAgra Foods could possibly contain metal. Included in the recall are items with best-by dates ranging from May to June 2017. Possibly contaminated are the 22-ounce bags of Signature Spicy Chicken, Meals for 2 Beef and Broccoli, Sweet & Sour Chicken, General Chang's Chicken, Shrimp Lo Mein, Garlic Chicken with Dan Dan Noodles and Mongolian Style Beef.
Consumers who have purchased these products are encouraged to discard any unused portions and to bring their receipts back to the place of purchase for a full refund. Giant has received no reports of injuries to date, the news release.
