  • The coroner was called to the 200 block of South Second Street in Dillsburg Tuesday for a report of a deceased man.
  • The man appeared to have been dead for at least a few days, according to the coroner.
  • There's no immediate public safety concern, but Carroll Township police are investigating.

York County Coroner Pam Gay has released the name of a man found dead inside a shed in Dillsburg on Tuesday afternoon.

Shaun M. Supko, 34, of Baltimore Street in Dillsburg, was found dead at 12:43 p.m. in a shed to the rear of a home in the 200 block of South Second Street in Dillsburg, according to Gay.

It appeared Supko had been dead for several days at least, Gay said.

She also said there was no obvious traumatic cause of death and no reason to be concerned for public safety.

An autopsy was performed Wednesday morning at Allentown's Lehigh Valley Hospital, but Gay said results from toxicology tests could take up to 90 days.

Carroll Township Police are investigating.

Officers initially were called there for a report of a man sleeping in a shed, according to township Sgt. David Smith.
