Hazardous weather outlook issued for York
Scattered strong to possibly severe thunderstorms will develop Monday afternoon in York County, according to the National Weather Service, which issued a hazardous weather outlook for Central Pennsylvania.
The storms will occur as a cold front pushes southeast across the region. The main severe weather threat, according to the outlook, will be isolated wind gusts up to 60 mph, a few instances of hail and one of two supercell storms. The possibility for widespread hazardous weather is low.
Monday's high will be near 70 with a low around 55. Temperatures aren't expected to reach 70 in the area again until Sunday.
