York weekend forecast: light snow and rain

The light snow in York is expected to be gone by 10 a.m. Friday, which gradually will become sunny with a high near 40 and low around 25, according to the National Weather Service.

Natalie Sinclair, a recent transplant to York City from Miami FL, photographs the snow at Kiwanis Lake, Wednesday January 21, 2015. Sinclair was just "out enjoying the season" knowing that she may not see much snow after she leaves the area again in a few months.

There is a chance of rain after 4 p.m. Saturday, which will be cloudy with a high near 42 and low around 31. Light rain and snow are likely before 1 a.m.

On Sunday, there's a slight chance of rain before 1 p.m. on an otherwise sunny day with a high near 45 and low around 28.
