York City's travel ban to be lifted at 3 p.m.

The travel ban imposed in York City because of the weekend blizzard will be lifted at 3 p.m. Sunday, according to Mayor Kim Bracey.

The mayor also reminded residents the city snow emergency is still in place, and parking is prohibited on all snow emergency routes until further notice.
