Forfeiture laws to be topic at York 912 meeting
Civil forfeiture laws in Pennsylvania will be the topic of discussion at the York 912 Patriots meeting later this week.
Harrisburg-based attorney Marc Scaringi will be the featured speaker and will talk about the laws, as well as efforts in the state Senate to reform them, according to a news release from the group.
The meeting will be held at the Shiloh Fire station, 2190 Carlisle Road, on Thursday. Doors open at 6:30 p.m and the meeting will start at 7 p.m., the release says.
The event is free and open to the public. The York 912 Patriots hold meetings monthly
