Purchase custom pavers for West York High School

• People have until Sept. 30 to purchase a paver that will sit outside of West York's high school gym.
• On the pavers you can include a custom logo depending on the size.

Community members and local businesses can make their mark near West York Area High School's new gymnasium by purchasing their own custom pavers for the ground outside the gym.

Funds from the "Pave the Way" fundraiser will go to the Foundation for the West York Area School District to support programs the foundation supports. The school recently finished installing the second batch of pavers and is ready to take orders for the third and final batch.

The deadline is Sept. 30 to purchase the third batch of pavers, on which individuals can put their business names or the names of graduates or honor loved ones or professionals at the school.

The pavers will sit at the entrance of the new gym, which is set to open in late October, according to a news release. They are available in three sizes: four-inch by eight-inch, eight-inch by eight-inch and 12-inch by 12-inch. These sizes range from $75 to $400.

Each of the pavers is fully customizable, and purchasers have the option to get a standard graphic on the eight-inch-by-eight-inch square as well as the 12-inch by 12-inch. The 12-inch by 12-inch paver also can include a custom graphic or logo rather than a standard graphic.
