A York-area man was already free on bail in two criminal cases when he attacked his ex-girlfriend, threatened to kill her and her friend and stole their cellphones, York City Police allege.

One of Terrell Louis Pullen's active criminal cases is for allegedly threatening the same woman, according to police.

A warrant has been issued for Pullen's arrest, court records state.

Once captured, Pullen, 33, of no fixed address, will be charged with two counts each of robbery, simple assault, receiving stolen property and theft, as well as one count each of stalking and making terroristic threats, according to court records.

Charging documents filed by Officer Brittany Inkrote state that the woman arrived at her home in the first block of Hartman Street with a friend about 12:15 a.m. Saturday.

Pullen yanked the woman out of her vehicle and told her he was going to kill her, according to police allegations.

He threw her to the ground and took her car keys, police allege.

Pullen then began physically assaulting the woman's male friend, police said.

That's when the woman grabbed a kitchen knife from her car, but Pullen indicated he had a gun in his waistband and said, "I'm going to f—ing shoot you," according to police.

Pullen stole the cellphones of both victims and ran off on foot, police said, dropping the woman's car keys before fleeing.

Neither victim suffered serious injuries, police said.

Pullen remains charged with making terroristic threats, criminal mischief, loitering and prowling at night and disorderly conduct for allegedly confronting and threatening the same woman on Oct. 30 in York City, according to court records.

In that case, his bail was set at $25,000 unsecured, court records state. Unsecured bail means he didn't have to post any cash to remain free but could forfeit that amount if he misses court proceedings.

He also remains charged with three counts of drug dealing and one count of resisting arrest. York City Police filed those charges Jan. 31, 2019, and his bail was set at $5,000, according to court records.
