Police: 27-year-old man wounded in Sunday afternoon shooting in York City

A 27-year-old man was wounded in a shooting Sunday afternoon in York City, police said.

York City Police responded to the incident at 2:52 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of East South Street.

The victim was taken to York Hospital for treatment of his gunshot wounds, which were not life threatening, police said.
