State police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead and another seriously injured near Shippensburg University on Sunday night.

State police said Shakur Richard Myers, 21, and Samir Rodney Stevenson, 21, both of Philadelphia, were shot on Rotz Avenue in Shippensburg Township about 7:55 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 6.

That's about half a mile from the university's campus. 

Myers was pronounced dead at the scene, and Stevenson was taken to Holy Spirit Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.

Authorities are searching for Quentin Eric Furlow, 20, and Clayton Steve Wilson, 20, both of Philadelphia, as "persons of interest."

Furlow could be driving a gray 2011 Infiniti G37  with a registration of KZJ4211, and Wilson could in a gray 2009 Nissan Maxima with a registration of KYE0169, according to police.
