Gleason was arrested in Portland, Maine, on Tuesday, Aug. 6, according to Sgt. Jamie Stalcup, the department's officer-in-charge.
He is awaiting extradition to York County, according to the sergeant.

It wasn't until March of this year that he was arrested on those charges, according to court records.

He was released from York County Prison in mid-April, online records state.
Stalcup said Gleason is transient and had connections in Maine.
