Ritchey pleaded guilty Aug. 31 to aggravated assault, making terroristic threats and resisting arrest, according to court records.

Police were called to the Motel 6 at 323 Arsenal Road about 6 a.m. March 25 for a report of a woman being attacked.

When officers arrived, they found the victim — Ritchey's friend — shirtless, with a bra and jeans on, in the motel lobby, court documents state. Police said she had several marks on her face and chest.

Police then found Ritchey standing "toe-to-toe" with a Motel  6 employee who told her she had to leave, officials said. Ritchey advanced on the employee, causing officers to intervene, police said.

Stabbing threat: Ritchey wouldn't tell police what had happened and instead called the victim names and told her to get out of her sight before she "stabs her to death," court documents state.

Officers ordered Ritchey to sit down, then asked her if she was on drugs, documents state.

"Ritchey advised she's on the same thing that (the victim) was on," the officer wrote in court documents.

The victim was taken out of the lobby by another officer so police could speak to Ritchey, but officials said she kept looking at the victim, even after the other woman left the lobby.

Ritchey kept saying insulting things about the victim and said if police did not arrest her, she would kill the victim, court documents state. Police said she kept ignoring officers even after the victim was taken away from the scene.

She also insulted a third officer who had arrived on the scene, police said.

Ritchey struggled with officers trying to arrest her, and as one of them tried to put handcuffs on her, she kicked him in the crotch, documents state.

"Ritchey at this time lifted her leg and then kicked me directly in the genitals, causing severe pain," the officer wrote in court documents.

Second kick: He pushed her into a wall, but she was able to kick him in the crotch once again, police said.

The officer picked her up and took her to the ground, police said, after which she was arrested.

Ritchey told officers she would "beat the s—" out of all them and would sue them, court documents state.

Ritchey screamed loudly to be let go after being told she was being taken to the county's central booking until for arraignment, police said.

She continued yelling in the back of the officer's patrol car all the way to central booking, according to court documents.
