Allegations: Police filed charges last month alleging that 19-year-old Muhammad Shahab, of Steelton, Dauphin County, met the girl online then had sex with her at her house.

Court documents state that the man talked to the victim about "not letting this out" and to not get anyone in trouble.

According to court documents, the victim did not tell the truth during her first interview with authorities. It wasn't until mid-June, during another interview, that she told them about the alleged incident, officials said.
