Police: Help us flush out E. Manchester toilet vandal

Liz Evans Scolforo
York Dispatch

Northeastern Regional Police are hoping tips from the public will help them flush out a vandal targeting toilets in an East Manchester Township discount store.

The as-yet unidentified man has been clogging toilets at Roses Discount Store, 4215 N. George St. Extended, by stuffing store merchandise in them, police said.

It's been an ongoing problem for several weeks, according to Lt. Howard Daniels.

Police on Aug. 6, 2018, said this man is a person of interest in several incidents of toilet vandalism at Roses Discount Store on North George Street Extended in East Manchester Twp.

The commode-clogger has vandalized toilets at the store two or three times, Daniels said.

Police released surveillance photos of a man they describe as a person of interest in the criminal mischief.

Anyone who recognizes the man in the photos or who knows the identity of the potty-plugger is asked to call Northeastern Regional Police at 717-266-6195, Choose either extension 122 or 119.

Tipsters can remain anonymous, police said.
