York City man pleads to summary offense in stabbing incident

A York City man accused of stabbing a man in a home in July pleaded guilty to a summary offense.

Daniel Alberto Felix, 21, had been charged with aggravated assault for an incident in York City on July 25.

Felix's attorney, Rick Robinson, told the York Dispatch that it was a self-defense case.

The prosecution agreed and dropped the aggravated assault charge, according to Robinson. 

Online court records indicate he pleaded guilty to the summary offense, which is akin in seriousness to a traffic ticket, in January.
