Man pleads guilty to exposing himself to girl in W. Manchester store
A former Five Below employee has pleaded guilty to exposing himself to a 12-year-old girl nearly six months ago.
Kyle Joseph McClure-McLucas, 28, of the first block of Carlisle Avenue in York City, pleaded guilty in York County Court on Tuesday, June 12, to indecent exposure, according to court records.
He was sentenced to five years of probation, ordered to undergo a mental-health evaluation and forbidden to have any contact with the victim, court records state.
It happened at Five Below's 1245 Carlisle Road store in West Manchester Township on Jan. 9, according to township police.
The girl and her mother were shopping in the store about 5 p.m. when McClure-McLucas approached the girl and asked her if she needed help, court documents state.
His shirt was over his pants and his zipper fly was open, police said. When he moved his shirt it exposed his penis to the girl, according to court documents.
McClure-McLucas didn't know the girl's mother was with her, police said.
David Makuen, executive vice president of marketing for Five Below, wrote in a January email that McClure-McLucas was suspended without pay immediately after the company was made aware of what happened.
The company fully cooperated with police, he wrote.
