York City Police are investigating a shooting Sunday that left a man in critical condition.

The man was shot at least once in the leg about 5:30 p.m. Sunday, April 22, in the 300 Block of Lindberg Avenue, according to a news release from city police.

The victim, Kenderrick Rashe Carter, 26, of York City, remained in York Hospital in critical condition as of Monday, April 23, according to Lt. Gene Fells.

He was targeted, according to the lieutenant. No arrests have been made, Fells said.
