A Red Lion woman allegedly threatened to shoot a man if he didn't give her his wallet while outside a Springettsbury Township convenience store, police said.

But apparently that threat wasn't enough to get the man to fork over his cash. He refused to give her his money and took off, according to court documents.

Springettsbury Township Police said Taylor Ranee Haga then got in her getaway vehicle and told the driver they "had to leave, and to go."

Haga, 24, of the first block of South Main Street, is charged with attempted robbery.

Alleged robbery: Police say she approached the man while he was in his vehicle at Sheetz, 405 Memory Lane, about 6:45 p.m. Sunday, March 18.

He was sitting in the driver's seat when she tapped on his window and said, "Give me your wallet" after he rolled down his window, court documents allege.

When the victim asked what she meant, Haga said, "I have a f—ing gun in my pocket, give me your wallet or I will shoot you," charging documents allege.

He refused and drove away, documents state.

Haga then got into a car and told the driver to leave, officials said.

Police said Haga tried to rob the man after watching him use an ATM machine inside the convenience store. But first, she went to her car and changed into dark-colored clothing, documents state.

Haga's charges were filed March 22. She was arraigned March 23 and remains in York County Prison on $30,000 bail.

It is unclear if she's retained an attorney.

Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 6 before District Judge Barry Bloss Jr.
