According to police, Robinson was on his way out of the home that night when he started yelling at his girlfriend, then snatched her phone, threw it and broke it.

She was able to break free and call police just before locking Robinson out of the home, police said. He continued trying to get back into the home by banging on the door and ringing the doorbell, court documents allege.

Police arrive: When two officers arrived, they immediately identified themselves, prompting Robinson to start taking his clothes off, police said. He then asked them to shoot him, according to charging documents.

The two officers showed Robinson their Tasers, and he yelled at them, asking them to use the Tasers on him, police said.

Robinson was told to put his hands behind his back and that he was under arrest, charging documents state.

He didn't listen, police say, and one of the officers attempted to handcuff him. The officer grabbed Robinson's arm, but he pushed away, charging documents state.

The two tried to trip Robinson to the ground, but Robinson kicked out, striking one of the officers in the groin, according to officials.

Eventually the two officers were able to get Robinson into handcuffs, court documents state.

Robinson remains in York County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail. His court-appointed attorney, Thomas Gregory Jr., declined comment Thursday, March 15.

Robinson's preliminary hearing is scheduled for 3 p.m. April 2 at District Judge Scott Laird's office.
