Four people were shot in a "targeted" shooting around 9:55 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13, according to York City Police.

Three adults, two men and one woman, and a 17-year-old girl were shot outside a residence in the 400 block of South Duke Street, Lt. Troy Bankert said, naming 22-year-old Ismael Felix Rosario, of York City, as one of the victims.

Rosario was shot in his torso, but all four are expected to survive, Bankert said.

Bankert said York City Police do not believe the general public is at  risk from the shooter or shooters.

Police have "a lot of leads" but are unwilling to release any more information about potential persons of interest at this point, Bankert said.
