A York County man and woman face felony charges of child pornography after a sexually explicit image was discovered by the man's wife.

Ivo Yohel Mazzulla, of Manchester Township, faces a felony charge of child pornography. He hasn't been arraigned in York County.

Michelle M. Orellano, of Springettsbury Township, faces felonies of child pornography, disseminating pornography, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child and a misdemeanor corruption of a minor.

She was arraigned Dec. 10 and released on her own recognizance, according to court records.

York Area Regional Police Department filed charges this month alleging the pair shared a sexually explicit photo involving a 15-month-old girl that was taken in 2013, according to charging documents.

In 2019, Mazzulla's wife reported to police that she had found an image of a woman who appeared to be licking the private area of a child on her husband's hard drive, according to the affidavit.

Orellano, 38, denied the allegation but identified herself and the child in other photos police found on the hard drive, charging documents state.

She later admitted to creating the image but told York Area Regional police that the picture was taken at an angle to only look like she did it, according to the affidavit.

"Orellano stated Ivo threatened to expose her affair she was having with him unless she sent an image of an oral sexual act between her and (the child)," charging documents state.

Mazzulla, 46, denied the allegations when questioned by police.

"Ivo admitted to asking Orellano for nude pictures of herself, but denied requesting sexually explicit pictures of (the child)," according to documents.
