York City men arrested for cocaine and gun offenses

Two York City men were arrested Sept. 24 after 350 grams of cocaine, two handguns and $2,300 in cash were found in their home, according to York City Police. 

Nathaniel Samuel Aponte, 31, and Ivan Feliciano-Rivera, 31, also had small amounts of oxycodone and morphine pills in their home, police said.

Aponte is charged with possessing a firearm with the manufacturing number altered, possession with the intent to deliver cocaine, and criminal conspiracy, all of which are felony offenses. 

Feliciano-Rivera is charged with possession with the intent to deliver cocaine and criminal conspiracy, also felony offenses.

Both Aponte and Feliciano-Rivera were admitted to York County Prison, with bails set at $75,000 and $50,000 respectively.

A preliminary hearing for both men has been set for 4 p.m. Oct. 22. The men will go before District Judge Linda Williams.
