A York County man who police say shot a woman three times in the legs has been charged with two felony counts of aggravated assault.

Jose Antonio Rivera-Sabo, 28, shot Krystal Rodriguez, 31, and Francisco Rodriguez, 32, both of York City, after a "disagreement" around 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 30, near West Market Street and Belvidere Avenue, police said.

Police said Krystal Rodriguez, who was shot three times, and Francisco Rodriguez, who was shot once in the leg, were taken to York Hospital in stable condition.

Rivera-Sabo, who has no exact address listed, is also charged with three misdemeanor counts of recklessly endangering another person.

The defendant had a preliminary arraignment Monday, Dec. 31, at the county's central booking unit before Magisterial District Judge Douglas F. Meisenhelter, who set bail at $150,000, documents state.

Court documents said Rivera-Sabo was unable to post bail and would be sent to York County Prison.

His preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 15 before Magisterial District Judge Joel N. Toluba.

Police said early Monday morning that the shooting is still under investigation.
