Police: Man shot in York City was targeted

A man who was shot Thursday evening in York City was targeted, according to York City Police.

The man was shot once in the leg at 5:55 p.m. Thursday, April 12, in the 700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, according to a news release from York City Police.

The man was taken to York Hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening, police said.
