Light snow is expected to hit York County Monday into Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.

The snow is expected to start in the late afternoon Monday, April 9, and fall into early morning Tuesday, April 10, according to the weather service.

The weather service estimated snowfall totals at less than an inch. 

Colder temperatures are not expected to stay around after the start of the week. The weather service is anticipating a high of 65 degrees Thursday, April 12, and a high of 73 degrees Friday, April 13.
