Reported earlier: A crash is affecting traffic on Route 30 westbound, according to 511pa.com. It's the second crash to affect that area of Route 30 in just a few hours.

The crash, reported on Route 30 westbound at Loucks Road in Springettsbury Township, is restricting a lane. 

The crash was reported at about 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 27.

A crash was reported nearby at Route 30 and Eden Road at about 10:30 a.m. It was cleared about an hour later.
