A crash on Interstate 83 is slowing traffic, according to 511pa.com.
The crash, at mile marker 30 on I-83 south, has caused a lane restriction. The crash is two miles south of the Newberrytown exit (Exit 32).
It was reported in at about 3:20 p.m., according to York County 911 webcad.
