FestivICE returns to Downtown York in mid-January
FestivICE, the area celebration of the chilly season, is returning to York City in mid-January.

The community event will take place on North Beaver Street in downtown York from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, and will feature ice sculptures, live music, inflatables and other family-friendly attractions.

As part of the icy festivities, there will be a free showing of Disney's "Frozen" at the Appell Center for the Performing Arts at noon.
A stretch of North Beaver Street — between Market and Philadelphia streets — will be closed to traffic from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.
