Spring Garden Township Police are investigating an armed robbery at a Dollar General earlier this month.

The department said in a news release that the Dollar General at 1077 S. Edgar St. was robbed about 10 p.m. Dec. 3.

The suspect entered the store, pointed a handgun at the cashier, and demanded money from the register, police said.

He then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as white, about 5-foot-6, with a thin build. He was wearing all black clothing with a tan ski mask, according to police.
