Winters, of Hopewell Township, was found unresponsive at the scene, and he was taken to York Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 2:41 p.m., the coroner's office said.

Because of Winters' medical history, the minimal damage to his vehicle and no apparent trauma, his cause of death was determined to be because of natural causes, according to the coroner's office.
