A Fawn Township man is accused of raping a 7-year-old girl when he was 15, according to police.
State police allege Richard Willnecker, 22, raped the girl at a Fawn Township home seven years ago.
Willnecker, of the first block of Stoney Lane, is charged with rape, indecent assault and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child.
Allegations: The victim, now 14, spoke to officials in September and said that Willnecker had sexual intercourse with her seven years ago, documents state.
In October, police spoke with Willnecker, who said when he was younger he looked at pornography on the internet and became curious, so he had the victim remove her clothes on two different occasions, according to police.
He told police the two briefly touched and licked each other's genitals, but he said he could not recall if anything more happened, charging documents allege.
Willnecker told officials the encounters occurred within a few days of each other at the same home and only lasted a few minutes, police said.
State police spokesman Trooper Brent Miller said the victim was not random and that she was known to Willnecker.
Charges were filed Nov. 29, and Willnecker was arraigned on the charges that day. He remains free on $25,000 unsecured bail.
Messages left for Willnecker and his attorney were not immediately returned Wednesday, Dec. 6.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 10 at District Judge Laura Manifold's office.
