A Saturday morning crash in Heidelberg Township injured four people, including a 3-year-old who was airlifted to Hershey Medical Center.

Southwestern Regional Police were dispatched at about 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, to a head-on collision in the 6800 block of Moulstown Road.

A Honda CR-V was traveling east when it crossed the double yellow center line at a curve and struck a westbound Honda Civic, Sgt. Jamie Stalcup said.
