Police search for Spring Grove sex assault suspect
Southwestern Regional Police are searching for a man who they say sexually assaulted a teenage girl earlier this year.
Jeremi Douglas Fitzkee, 38, sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl in his Spring Grove home in January, according to police.
Fitzkee, of the first block of North Main Street, faces charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of someone younger than 16, statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors.
According to court documents, the 15-year-old went to Fitzkee's home in January, and he gave her alcohol before forcing her to engage in sexual acts.
The girl told police about the incident in July, police said.
Charges were filed Oct. 4, and as of Monday, Nov. 6, Fitzkee has not been arraigned on them.
On Friday, Nov. 3, the Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers said in a news release that Southwestern Regional Police and state police are still searching for Fitzkee.
Fitzkee is described as a white man, 5-foot-6, weighing 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-4PA-TIPS. All callers can be anonymous and could be eligible for a reward.
