A shootout between two people damaged a York City business, according to police.

York City Police Capt. Troy Bankert said that two people were shooting at each other Wednesday, Nov. 1, and the shooting damaged  Rod's Corner Store in the 100 block of East Philadelphia Street.

The shootout happened about 12:30 p.m. 

Bankert said one of the shooters was inside the store at the time, while the other was shooting from the outside.

No arrests were made, and no information on the suspects was available Thursday, Nov. 2.

The shooting happened just hours before a teen was shot in 600 block of East Philadelphia Street. Bankert said a teen was shot when she was with someone who was targeted.
