Gold's Gym Super Club opens in York Galleria

York's third Gold's Gym location, in the York Galleria in Springettsbury Township, celebrated its grand opening and ribbon cutting Saturday, Oct. 14.

The gym includes features such as a pool, group exercise studio, mind and body yoga studio, strength and cardiovascular equipment and training areas with turf flooring, according to a news release.

“The gym is truly state-of-the-art, and we are thrilled to enhance our retailer mix with this beautiful new addition," York Galleria general manager Lucinda Hartshorne said in the release.

The gym has a well-organized class schedule, she said, and offers personal training.

Members can participate in established Les Mills group classes such as Body Pump, Body Combat, High Intensity Training, Pound and Barre.

Gold's new location offers three membership options ranging from about $20 to $40 a month.

The highest level membership includes child care for up to five kids, allowing families to better work their schedules around the gym.
