State Rep. Kate Klunk will be among the participants at a town hall meeting in Hanover on Thursday, discussing York County's ongoing heroin and opioid epidemic.

It's set to begin at 7 p.m. Thursday at York Street Rehab, 400 York St. in the borough, according to a news release from the York County District Attorney's Office.
